Working with local indigenous farming communities in the altiplano highlands of the Andes mountains we have re-discovered this ancient grain. Quinoa contains more high quality properties than many other grains. It has a light delicate nutty flavor. You can sprout this and use in pilaf, eat it plain, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or use in your favorite cracker or granola.
