Camu Camu seems to be helping my fall and winter carb cravings! I put half a teaspoon in a liter (a quart) of water and drink it throughout the day. It makes me feel energized , sharper and more cheerful. Love the stuff, especially in winter. I was introduced to Camu Camu through an MLM company that sells it in little individual pouches.
