How do I use a promotion code?

On the check out page type the promotion code in the field on the right-hand side of the page for “gift card or discount code”.   There are a few promotions that are automatically applied at check out, for example Buy one get one free.   Also, if you click on a banner for a promotion in our email the system frequently applied the discount on the check out page.  It is recommended to write down the code just in case it does not apply automatically.


Can I use more than one discount code or promotion in my order?

The system will allow one discount code or promotion in your order, so select the best promotion for you at the time you are checking out.  Save any additional codes for your next purchase.

  Make sure you are aware of expiration dates of the promotion codes.


How long will my order take to ship?

We strive to process all orders within 24-48 business hours from the time they are placed. Once processed, you should receive your order within seven days if you selected standard ground shipping at checkout. We also offer expedited 2nd day air as a shipping option at checkout.

In addition, certain weather conditions or other events out of our control may impact the carrier's shipping times.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email that has a tracking link in it once your order is processed and dispatched through UPS or USPS.


Do you have free shipping?

We do! We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $129 or more shipped to the contiguous 48 states.

If your cart total is $149 or higher (minus discounts, promotions, shipping charges and taxes), you will automatically be given the free shipping option. Please double check that the free option is selected on the shipping page of checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please review your country's importation regulations carefully as we are not responsible for items refused by Customs in accordance with their prohibition policies.

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping fees which we believe keep it simple and transparent for you — no more wondering what shipping charges will be until the last minute!

 Can orders be expedited or rushed?

Yes, they can! We offer an expedited UPS 2nd day air option at checkout. The cost is calculated depending on cart size and shipping location.


How can I track my order?

Checking your email is the best place to start! You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and dispatched through UPS, FedEx, or USPS (generally within 24-48 business hours after an order is placed).

However, if you didn't receive your shipping confirmation email or need further help tracking your order, please email us or call with your order number handy and we will be happy to assist.

What if my package shows as " Delivered " but I did not receive it ?

If your order status or tracking details show that your package was delivered but you can't locate it, Please check nearby spots where the carrier may have left it; a porch, garage area or any area out of potential weather hazards. Ask a neighbor or family member if they accepted delivery on your behalf. Verify the shipping address on your order to ensure it was correct.

In some cases, a package could show as delivered but still may take an additional 24 hours to deliver as order status could be changed ahead of a package's delivery.

If after following the above steps and your package still can't be located, please contact us directly so we can help and initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Item Availability, Processing & Shipping

We have great relations with our suppliers, many of whom we've worked with for over 10 year and we are collectively working extra hours to re-stock crucial products (including immunity boosting foods and supplements) and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, quantities will be limited on certain items; you may also experience out-of-stock and cancelled items. Once shipped, delivery can take 1-4 business days (within contiguous U.S.), depending on shipping method and location.

Sanitation Protocol at Our Fulfillment Centers & Offices

We wanted to let you know about the specific and documented sanitation protocol being followed by our fulfillment centers, which includes:

  • Cleaning common and shared areas more often, such as receiving and packing stations and conveyer belt loading areas
  • Cleaning shelves when restocking products
  • Sanitizing restrooms more frequently and restocking with necessary sanitation supplies (soap, paper towels and hand sanitizer)
  • Adding extra hand sanitizer in break rooms, meeting rooms and other shared spaces
  • Wiping down pallet jacks, lift trucks and other handling equipment
  • Following best practices for safe food handling
  • Encouraging our associates to closely monitor their health and well-being and recommending they stay home if they, or someone in their household, are sick

We’re following similar protocol in our offices, where surfaces are being disinfected and supplies, such as hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes, are readily available to all associates. We’re also requiring associates to work remotely when possible and appropriate, in addition to encouraging everyone to follow CDC guidelines for protecting themselves and those around them.

How do I redeem my rewards points?

To turn points into a reward, log into your account on, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel at the bottom right-hand side of the page.

Next, click on All rewards.

If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.

If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point they would like to spend, then click Redeem:


How does the referral program work?

Once you sign up for the rewards program, you can begin referring friends and both you and a friend can receive a $10 off coupon towards your next order of  $50 or more.

You can refer them by sending then their referral URL.

When your friend clicks the URL and enters their email, they will get their reward. They will then have the ability to click 'Apply Code' - which directly adds the code to their shopping cart.

 If they then go on to make a purchase, you will then get your reward.

Note that your friend does not need to create an account, nor use the friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They would just have to make a purchase.

You can also copy and paste the referral url and send it to friends and family wherever you like.


 If a customer has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link

 (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.)
