Refund policy

**If you would like to return an item to Natural Zing, please contact us first as soon as possible!**

• Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.
  
  
• Eligible return items must be received by our Warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
  
  
• Please follow exact directions provided by Customer Support in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
  
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  
  
• If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you may either receive a refund for the products returned minus the original shipping fee, return postage due, and a return processing fee, OR we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee, return postage due and a return fee.
  
  
• Natural Zing is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Un-Delivered shipments.
