These jumbo ripe raw organic sundried Peruvian Botija olives (sometimes called "botilla" olives) from Peru have been dried at low temperatures and spiced with a selection of organic italian herbs. All the natural oil of the olive is intact, very juicy. This is a premium olive grown on the coastal desert plains of southern Peru. Ecologically cultivated, hand-picked & packed with extraordinary care. These delicious naturally cured Botija "botilla" olives will complement almost all of your culinary creations.

Peruvian Botija "botilla" Olives are great olives. Share some botija ("botilla") raw olives with your family and friends. Great for parties. Want them hot? Just sprinkle a dash of our Amarillo Pepper Powder on them and fire it up.

Juicy Meaty Old World - THE BEST

These are the best olives. They are juicy and meaty and earthy. They put regular canned or store-bought olives to shame. Plus they are less expensive than the similar Sunfood Olives and taste much better. Fantastic.

Almost perfect

Love the black Peruvian olives but I’m a plain Jane with my taste buds preferring bland foods best so these herbed olives are almost perfect but not quite so.

I'd read that sun dried olives could be a bit bitter but I wasn't prepared for how juicy and scrumptious these were!
The herbs balanced out the first bites and then I found myself craving the unique flavor of these olives. Absolutely fantastic with raw crackers the olives are a great addition to a raw diet. I'd love it if they were available in bulk as I'm sure to make them a regular part of my weekly menu.
