Raw Vegan Brownie Bites

Ingredients

4 tablespoons raw cacao or cocoa powder, plus extra for rolling (if desired)
Generous pinch pink salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 1/2 cups pitted, tightly packed Medjool dates

Instructions

  • Store the energy bites in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until ready to eat. Enjoy!

Notes

Makes 24-30 balls. Recipe can easily be halved. Will keep, stored in the fridge, for two weeks.
