Yesterday I tested positive for Blastocystis and Entamoeba Coli.

Why are killing parasites such a popular topic? Because they're a prevalent issue in our society. Parasites are a silent killer, and a silent detractor of nutrient absorption.

When diagnosed at first, I felt a huge sigh of relief. I have been dealing with stomach issues for about a month now. Not really knowing what it is or how to address it and it will leave you feeling sad, frustrated, isolated and nervous.

What Were My Parasite Symptoms?

I knew after about 2 weeks, that any sugar or carbohydrates was feeling some sort of bacterial overgrowth and worsening my symptoms of fatigue, burping, dry skin, poor sleep, poor energy, poor cognitive function and stomach pain. Most of all: Burping, a lot. Now that I know what it is, I feel confident I can address it. Challenge accepted.

How Did I know?

How did I get these parasites? Good question, clearly something I ate or drank that my body was not able to defeat with my current immune system. Yes, working 6 days a week weakens your immune system to the bone and it's unhealthy. How did I really know? I got a blood/stool test at the hospital.

As I have been living in Ecuador, things are much much slower and I was honestly very impressed with their medical system as I did my test. I made a next day appointment, I got my tests within 1.5 hours, and got the results within 4 hours. Then the prescription was ready within the next hour.

Honestly, if it was always like this, I would rely more on western medicine, but I have got to say that the average experience in the USA healthcare system is awful. God awful. That's why I take everything my health so seriously. So I never have to be treated like cattle and at the hands of people that see me as a piece of meat.

My visit was $40, and 18 tests were $180. However, this was a great hospital. I have been to some hospitals here with people off the street as the staff. I will say that the great hospitals here are cheaper and easier to navigate and felt more personalized than anything in the U.S.

In the U.S, Hospitals, doctors offices, testing facilities all have adopted an incredibly sterile environment and are very unpleasant places to be in, with staff treating you as unwanted, and endless questionnaires to fill out. The only reason they stay open is because they bill your insurance to death so your premiums increase.

Foods That Kill Parasites in Humans

How will I beat the parasites, and what products will I take? How will I take them? Why these products? In an effort to make this blog TOO lengthy, please go to the product and read the description for the evidence of how these ingredients have been show to kill bad bacteria and parasites.

See below for HOW I take them.

So, besides supplements, what am I taking? What can I eat intentionally to help myself get better and make progress without starving myself and assure I can get some micronutrients/antioxidants. What are the foods that kill parasites in humans?

  1. Papaya Seeds! No supplement purchase needed :). Just purchase a papaya, cut it open, take out the seeds, wash off the sugar and dry them. Here is the caveat. The seeds are best chewed which are TOUGH to get through. Simply mashed them in mortar pastel if you want to avoid the "suffering". Source
  2. Garlic: This pungent bulb isn't just a culinary delight; it's also a potent antiparasitic agent. Garlic contains compounds like allicin, which have been shown to combat various types of parasites, including intestinal worms. Source

  3. Turmeric: The golden spice beloved for its vibrant color and earthy flavor also boasts antiparasitic properties. Curcumin, its active compound, exhibits antimicrobial activity and may help in expelling intestinal parasites. Source

More Parasite Cleanse Supplements

What are other supplements can I try to aid in my fight against parasites?

  • Berberine : Berberine, a natural isoquinoline alkaloid found in plants like goldenseal and barberry, exhibits antiparasitic effects primarily by disrupting parasite cell membranes, inhibiting key metabolic pathways, and interfering with biofilm or attachment mechanisms. These actions lead to impaired nutrient uptake, structural damage, and eventual parasite death across various types like protozoa, helminths, and fungi with parasitic traits. Source
  • I am a big fan of Global Healing Products and they offer two products to protect against harmful bacteria in the gut. If you have gotten this far, you will start to see overlaps between the natural foods that assist in killing parasites, and the extracts/blends that I recommend.

  • Will I take Antibiotics? Yes, but with caution.

Parasite Supplements: Probiotics

There are certain probiotic strains that kill bad bacteria in the gut, activate T cells, and support a complete cleanse. Here are the probiotics I can recommend from personal experience. These have helped me a lot, but I can not vouch they will aid in killing parasites.

Micronutrients and Macronutrients for Sustenance that do not Feed the Parasites

These parasites I have are feeding on sugars and carbohydrates, so I have stopped eating them; going completely Keto. Which honestly I have no enjoyed, since I love healthy carbs like Yuca, Quinoa, and Sweet Potatoes, Greens.

So I'm cleansing, attacking the virus for weeks now, and I'm missing essential micronutrients. What CAN I take?

Honorary mention: Trubrain Ketones

What do I take when? How can I make this most effective?

Again this is all anecdotal experiences and my own research. None of this should be taken in the intention of killing parasites in your digestive tract without discussion with a medical professional first.

Personally, I take the supplements first in the morning and my sustenance products second around noon. It's also important to stop eating earlier in the day when you're trying to clear parasites.

This entire protocol is most effective when fasting but it's important to keep your electrolytes stable with angstrom minerals, and your gut balanced. If you're not accustomed to fasting, it can be very hard on your body and these supplements can make you feel uneasy with no food to balance this. However, it is guaranteed to instigate autophagy, which is your bodies way of clearing viruses, dead cells. It is basically your body playing clean up.

Targeted antibiotics may be a big help for you, so I won't put them down for this issue. Again, this article is just open source support and anecdotal experience for people facing similar issues, and everyone is encouraged to do their own research on this before taking these supplements. However, they're intentionally curated :)

If I missed anything, please message me and I will consider adding it to the article!
