Salad "bits" of the future. Perfected over a decade ago outside the US where communities of like-minded people are creating methods and processes to produce high quality food with a sustainable footprint. We take spirulina and pipe it through a pasta machine of sorts and sundry it. We end up with a spirulina nib with a crunch.

Our Spirulina Crispies is grown without herbicides or pesticides, using eco-friendly methods and carefully sun-dried at low temperatures (to retain life-force and other heat-sensitive properties).

INGREDIENTS: Organic Spirulina (spirulina platensis).

Uses: Add to a smoothie, sprinkle on salad or eat 1-3 (or more) tablespoons per day. Spirulina is a food and can be taken in any quantity desired. It can be taken directly, mixed with water/juice, sprinkled on or mixed with food. It is suggested that first time users mix Spirulina with a juice or a fruit smoothie, preferably a fresh juice or smoothie made with raw fruit. An excellent salad dressing is created by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and spirulina.

Crunchie, Tasty Greenies

If you just LOVE Spirulina, this is an absolute must buy. In addition to snacking on these little lovelies, I use them in my
sprouted Buckwheat Oat Groats "Crunchies", as toppings on my Raw Vegan Bread, in my home cultured Blue Cheese, sprinkled in my Green Bowls and quite frankly, they're great with many dishes. Let your imagination run free. :-)
