Kale Smoothie (that tastes amaZING!)
Here's how to make the best Kale Smoothie recipe.
1 cup water (or milk alternative of choice)
1/2 frozen banana (peeled)
2 kale leaves (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 tbls. Plant-based Protein (your choice)
1/2 tsp. Zura Greens
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender to help everything blend evenly. Pour into a glass and serve right away!
- Note: If you do not have a powerful blender, I recommend blending the liquid and kale leaves first to help them break down before you add the frozen fruit.
